  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused individual to join our Food & Beverage team as a Guest Service Assistant. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional service and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
-Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner
-Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
-Serve food and drinks in accordance with service standards
-Assist with setting up and clearing tables
-Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment at all times
-Handle guest inquiries and feedback promptly and positively
-Support team members and contribute to smooth day-to-day operations
-Uphold company standards and comply with hygiene, health, and safety regulations

Requirements:
-Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is an advantage
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for guest service
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
-Flexible with working hours, including weekends and public holidays
-Basic proficiency in English; Chinese speaking is a plus
