We are looking for a professional and welcoming Guest Service Assistant to join our Front Office team . As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a vital role in creating positive and lasting impressions, delivering seamless check-in and check-out experiences, and providing helpful information throughout their stay.
Key Responsibilities:
-Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
-Handle guest inquiries, requests, and feedback in a courteous and efficient manner
-Provide information on resort facilities, local attractions, and services
-Answer phone calls, process reservations, and manage booking systems
-Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs promptly
-Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area
-Ensure accurate handling of payments, billing, and guest accounts
-Uphold resort standards and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors
Requirements:
-Previous experience in front office, reception, or customer service preferred
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
-A team player with a positive attitude and professional appearance
-Familiarity with hotel or resort booking systems is an advantage
-Proficiency in English; Chinese speaking is a plus
-Flexibility to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
