Role Overview: We are looking for two (2) passionate, driven, and results-oriented Sales Account Manager to join our growing team. 1. Sales Account Manager (Critical Facilities Solutions) 2. Sales Account Manager (Data Center & IT Solutions) Both roles focus on building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tailored IT and infrastructure solutions for Data Center or Commend center. Key Responsibilities: • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in Data Center or Critical Facilities markets. • Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise clients and channel partners. • Understand client requirements and work closely with internal teams (Pre-Sales, Technical, Project) to deliver customized solutions. • Prepare and present persuasive sales proposals, conduct demos, and negotiate contracts and quotations. • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders. • Work collaboratively with channel partners to achieve joint sales targets. • Lead and participate in client trainings, seminars, and product presentations. • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, pipelines, and activity reports. • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism. • Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and competitor activity. Requirements: • Diploma or Degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field. • 2–3 years of sales experience in IT, Data Center, or Command Center Facility Solutions is preferred. • Fresh graduates with strong passion and drive for sales are encouraged to apply. • Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools. • Independent, resourceful, and proactive with strong business acumen. • Ability to manage time effectively and juggle multiple priorities. • Team-oriented with a growth mindset. • Own transport and willingness to travel as required.
