Job Title: IT Recruiter Location: Plaza Sentral Industry: Recruitment Agency Roles & Responsibilities: • Responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes for all level positions including IT and Non-IT. • Strong technical expertise with the skillset to comprehend and communicate job requirements in the IT sector • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. • Utilize various channels and platforms to source top-tier candidates. • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure the selection of the best-fit candidates. • Drive initiatives to enhance employer branding and attract top talent. • To support all relevant tasks for Digital initiatives as and when required and assigned.
