JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Participate in planning and designing performance tests for applications and systems. 2. Collaborate with business users and application teams to gather business process flows and data requirements for testing. 3. Develop and create virtual user scripts to simulate real-world scenarios. 4. Coordinate and set up test data to ensure proper execution of performance tests. 5. Work with business users to validate the accuracy and relevance of test data. 6. Set up and configure performance test scenarios to ensure realistic load testing. 7. Execute performance tests according to the predefined test plan. 8. Monitor and analyze response time, throughput, errors, and other performance indicators. 9. Actively participate in the analysis of test results to identify performance issues. 10. Conduct root cause analysis of performance defects and work with relevant teams to ensure proper resolution

JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s degree in computer engineering or related field. 2. Senior: Minimum 5 years of experience in performance testing or performance engineering. 3. Junior: Minimum 2 years of experience in performance testing or performance engineering. 4. Proficiency with performance testing tools such as HP Performance Center, LoadRunner, and JMeter. 5. Familiarity with monitoring tools such as HP Sitescope, HP Diagnostics, and DynaTrace. 6. Strong experience in coding with Java and C language (minimum 3 years). 7. Advanced knowledge of performance testing methodologies and practices. 8. Ability to work independently and efficiently without constant supervision. 9. Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with business users and team members. 10. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively present findings and solutions.
