  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description: Licensing Agreement Consultant (One-Time Project)

We are looking for a freelance consultant to assist in preparing a professional Licensing Agreement for our business. You will collaborate directly with the management team to structure the agreement according to our goals and operational model.

Scope of Work:

  • Assist in drafting a comprehensive Licensing Agreement for our café brand.
  • Advise on essential clauses such as licensing fees, branding rights, territory, profit-sharing, renewal terms, and exit clauses.
  • Review and improve drafts based on feedback from the management team.
  • Ensure the final agreement is clear, business-ready, and legally sound.

Important Note:

This is a one-time freelance job to help prepare and structure our Licensing Agreement with guidance from the management team.

Estimated project duration: 1 to 2 weeks.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Prior experience in drafting or reviewing business contracts or licensing agreements.
  • Background in legal, franchising, or business consulting is an added advantage.
  • Able to work independently and communicate effectively.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of translating legal concepts into business-friendly terms.

Location: Remote or Kuala Lumpur

Pay: RM500.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
