  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Are you a strategic leader with a passion for retail execution and brand presentation? We're looking for a Merchandiser Lead to oversee nationwide merchandising operations, ensuring impactful product visibility and market performance.

Key Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and manage the national merchandiser visitation schedule, ensuring optimal market coverage and performance tracking.
  • Train, supervise, and empower merchandisers to maintain brand standards, store objectives, and excellent daily execution.
  • Provide report generation and data analysis support for the Malaysia Consumer Team, consolidating insights from field audits and merchandising activities.
  • Plan and oversee in-store product placement to enhance visibility, customer engagement, and sales conversion.
  • Ensure IT product merchandising compliance with brand and planogram guidelines.
  • Coordinate and execute POSM and merchandising material deployment across all retail locations.
  • Support retail promotional campaigns, overseeing on-ground execution and effectiveness tracking.
  • Lead merchandising setup brand and partner-led events, roadshows, and exhibitions.
  • Assist in new product launches and campaign rollouts, ensuring merchandising readiness at all touchpoints.
  • Manage external vendors and agencies for merchandising needs, fixture arrangements, and campaign execution.
  • Oversee promotional campaign redemption and fulfilment, ensuring seamless processes and accurate tracking.
  • Conduct regular market checks and competitor analysis to refine visual merchandising strategies.
  • Ensure timely documentation, including store visit reports, campaign execution photos, and tracking records.
