Job Duties:
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
- Answers frequently asked questions from employee.
- Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
- Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
- Provides clerical support to the HR department.
- Assists with planning and execution of special events such as benefits enrolment, organization-wide meetings, employee recognition events.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a recruitment or HR generalist role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build good relationships.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using HR software and applicant tracking systems.
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset with a passion for talent acquisition.
