Job Duties:

  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
  • Answers frequently asked questions from employee.
  • Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
  • Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
  • Provides clerical support to the HR department.
  • Assists with planning and execution of special events such as benefits enrolment, organization-wide meetings, employee recognition events.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a recruitment or HR generalist role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build good relationships.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using HR software and applicant tracking systems.
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset with a passion for talent acquisition.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM3,000.00 per month
