Human Resources Executive
Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our dynamic HR team. As an HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting and driving various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training. Your contribution will be instrumental in ensuring a smooth and effective HR operation within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job vacancies, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring smooth integration into the organization.
Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters.
- Help foster a positive work environment by promoting employee engagement and resolving workplace issues in a timely manner.
Performance Management:
- Assist in the implementation of performance appraisal systems and support managers with performance review processes.
- Monitor and track employee performance, providing necessary documentation and reports.
Training & Development:
- Coordinate training sessions and employee development programs.
- Maintain records of employee training and development initiatives.
Payroll & Benefits Administration:
- Assist in the preparation of payroll by ensuring timely and accurate data entry, including attendance, leave records, and other related information.
- Provide support in the administration of employee benefits and insurance programs.
Compliance & Documentation:
- Maintain and update employee records in the HR system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal and company requirements.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations.
HR Reporting & Analytics:
- Prepare regular HR reports related to employee turnover, recruitment, performance, and training.
- Analyze HR metrics to support decision-making and improve processes.
General HR Support:
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Support in organizing company events, team-building activities, and employee welfare initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an HR role (more than 2 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of confidentiality and integrity.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software/systems.
Preferred Skills:
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- Experience with payroll software and employee benefits management.
- Familiarity with performance management tools and training platforms.

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
