Human Resources Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our dynamic HR team. As an HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting and driving various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training. Your contribution will be instrumental in ensuring a smooth and effective HR operation within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job vacancies, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring smooth integration into the organization.

Employee Relations:

  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters.
  • Help foster a positive work environment by promoting employee engagement and resolving workplace issues in a timely manner.

Performance Management:

  • Assist in the implementation of performance appraisal systems and support managers with performance review processes.
  • Monitor and track employee performance, providing necessary documentation and reports.

Training & Development:

  • Coordinate training sessions and employee development programs.
  • Maintain records of employee training and development initiatives.

Payroll & Benefits Administration:

  • Assist in the preparation of payroll by ensuring timely and accurate data entry, including attendance, leave records, and other related information.
  • Provide support in the administration of employee benefits and insurance programs.

Compliance & Documentation:

  • Maintain and update employee records in the HR system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal and company requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations.

HR Reporting & Analytics:

  • Prepare regular HR reports related to employee turnover, recruitment, performance, and training.
  • Analyze HR metrics to support decision-making and improve processes.

General HR Support:

  • Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Support in organizing company events, team-building activities, and employee welfare initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an HR role (more than 2 years preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of confidentiality and integrity.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software/systems.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
  • Experience with payroll software and employee benefits management.
  • Familiarity with performance management tools and training platforms.
