Role Overview
We’re looking for an organized and proactive Admin Assistant to support our construction project teams and HQ operations. You'll play a key role in keeping the site running smoothly—handling documentation, liaising with suppliers and subcontractors, and making sure everything is on file, on time, and on point.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain site and office administrative records (delivery orders, invoices, claim forms, etc.)
- Prepare, file, and manage project-related documents, reports, and correspondence
- Assist project managers/engineers/administrators and site supervisors in coordinating with main con and suppliers
- Support procurement activities, including issuing purchase orders and tracking material deliveries
- Liaise with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth communication flow
- Assist with scheduling, meeting minutes, and basic HR tasks (e.g. attendance tracking, site worker documentation)
- Ensure office and site office supplies are stocked and managed efficiently
- Perform ad-hoc administrative support as required by project or management
Requirements
- Diploma in Business Admin, Office Management or related field
- 1–2 years experience in admin; construction industry background is an added bonus
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organization and multitasking skills
- Able to work independently and on-site when required
- Good communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Knowledge of CIDB, DOSH or construction document compliance = big plus

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
