Job Scope / Responsibilities :

  • Answering customer phone calls and addressing inquiries professionally.
  • Issuing bills and processing transactions accurately.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Assisting customers with questions about products and services.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized cashier station.

Working Hour: 10am to 8pm, Monday to Saturday (1 Off day per week)

Requirements :

  • Open to meet non-SPM holder.
  • Basic/ Average English is acceptable for this role.
  • Have no issue with starting work immediately.
  • Prefer someone who has cashier/ retail experience, however open to meet all who are keen to work in the Phone Spare Part supply store.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
