1. Record and process financial transactions, including accounts payable, account receivable and general ledger entries.
2. Ensure accuracy and completeness in financial documentation.
3. Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
4. Generate financial reports for management as required.
5. Track budget variances and provide analysis when needed.
6. Manage bank transactions, including reconciliations.
7. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for invoice related inquiries.
8. Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and documentation.

Requirements:

1. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. 1-2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or bookkeeping.
3. Familiarity with basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
4. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
