  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Reporting To (Job Title): Marketing & Sales Manager

Brief statement on the purpose of the job:

Responsible for all sales & Marketing activities.

List of duties and responsibilities:

  • To conduct daily sales and marketing activities and submit reports timely.
  • Promote the company's properties actively through roadshow / events and digital marketing.
  • To develop sales presentation with professional skills and good customer services.
  • To monitor the sales process closely and ensure proper documentation with company.
  • To achieve the sales target set by the Management.
  • Willing to travel outstation on weekends at ac hoc basis.
  • Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by The Management.

Requirements or knowledge of:

  • SPM holder and Diploma or Degree in the related field, preferably business studies, marketing, communication, or graphic design.
  • Applicants with real estate sales track records are encouraged to apply.
  • Experienced in artwork design, photo/media, and video editing (i..e, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, etc).
  • Proficiency in social media platforms (i.e., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube).
  • Good knowledge of paid advertising platforms will be an advantage (i.e., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads).
  • Good communication skills, hardworking, ambitious, aggressive, and with intergrity.
  • Pleasant personality with good work ethics.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
