BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Key Responsibility:
1) Manage Agent
Leads management such as checking leads from fb Ads and recruitment number
2) Prospecting & Closing
Engage leads to arrange for appointment either online or physical
Respond to all inquiry from all sources
Conducting survey and searching for leads in areas that do not have agents
Making visits to specific locations and scheduling appointments with the owners of shops or outlets
3) Manage New Agent
Get details of new agent and register in system
Brief simple information about registration
4) Manage data management
Updating and improve content or closing script and agents prospectus
Collect testimony of agents success
Requirements:
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales or related industries.
Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to conduct product demonstrations and offer technical solutions based on client needs.
A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings and door to door visit customer/ prospect
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
