JOB SUMMARY
- Oversee overall quality planning across all plants and anticipate potential issues.
- Execute departmental tasks as outlined in the QA task map.
- Maintain competent staff to ensure company compliance.
- Lead the analysis of the Management System (Aspect & Impact, and Risk & Opportunity Assessment) in response to changes within the company.
- Serve as the primary management representative for compliance activities and ensure that other representatives fulfill their respective responsibilities.
- Lead internal audits and management reviews; act as the main coordinator for external audits.
- Coordinate customer visits, meetings, Gemba walks, and audits related to product quality or company compliance.
- Oversee quality issues related to suppliers or products; collaborate with other departments to develop effective countermeasures and verify the effectiveness of improvement actions.
- Verify and approve corrective action reports (internal and customer-related).
- Provide consultation on continuous improvements in quality, compliance, and product and process performance.
- Contribute input to supplier performance audits for the Purchasing Department.
- Coordinate requirements for new product approval.
- Responsible for maintaining the Document Control Centre.
- Authorized to halt production processes if any issues arise that may affect product quality, company reputation, or in the presence of unforeseen circumstances.
- Report directly to the Executive Director.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quality Control, Environmental Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality Control and Environmental-related areas.
- Proficient in conducting external training on Quality and Environmental Management Systems, as well as other training related to quality improvement.
- Strong ability to meet customer quality requirements, reduce customer complaints and product rejections, minimize waste, and achieve set objective targets. Capable of analyzing and resolving quality-related issues.
