Job Description:
- Manage all aspects of human resources, and employee relations.
- Manages daily HR operations which mainly include payroll processing, recruitment, attendance management, training and performance review.
- Responsible on foreign workers affairs including the passport, work permit application, FOMEMA arrangement for timely check-up, and renewal submission to the relevant authority.
- Managing workers’ hostel, upkeep of facility, cleanliness and hostel inventory tracking.
- To prepare monthly reports on human resource related matter.
- Reorganize and update filling system.
- Coordinate and direct work activities for managers and employees;
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Fresh Grades are welcome to apply.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Possess own transportation and willing to travel when required.
- Must willing to work based at Semenyih, Selangor.
- Working days per week; Monday to Saturday.
