Job Description:

  • Manage all aspects of human resources, and employee relations.
  • Manages daily HR operations which mainly include payroll processing, recruitment, attendance management, training and performance review.
  • Responsible on foreign workers affairs including the passport, work permit application, FOMEMA arrangement for timely check-up, and renewal submission to the relevant authority.
  • Managing workers’ hostel, upkeep of facility, cleanliness and hostel inventory tracking.
  • To prepare monthly reports on human resource related matter.
  • Reorganize and update filling system.
  • Coordinate and direct work activities for managers and employees;
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Fresh Grades are welcome to apply.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Possess own transportation and willing to travel when required.
  • Must willing to work based at Semenyih, Selangor.
  • Working days per week; Monday to Saturday.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 per month
