  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key responsibilities & duties

  • Perform accurate physical, chemical test on WIP material and finished good, highlight deviation.
  • Perform on-line process, wrapping and finished good release inspection in accordance to specification. Ensure product compliance prior release. Highlight deviation.
  • Monitor the temperature and humidity of the production room and warehouse.
  • Set up daily sensory evaluation.
  • Daily tabulate weight control, moisture, particle size and fat analysis results. Conduct weight control data analysis.
  • Assist in non-conformance product identification, segregation and control QA Hold accuracy and non-conformance investigation.
  • Manage proper record filing and retention sample keeping
  • Support trial run.
  • Ensure cleanliness of in charged areas and good keeping of the records.
  • Be internal food safety and quality trainer
  • Perform hygiene audit.
  • Subject for other assigned duties.

Academic or trade qualifications
Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Food Science/ Technology or equivalent

We believe you will be an excellent fit here if, you:

  • Are 18 years of age or older
  • Have knowledge and understanding of Good Manufacturing and Laboratory Practices
  • 1-3 years of laboratory experience preferred
  • Are fluent in reading, writing and communicating in English, specifically with reading and writing procedures and reports
  • Have good computer skills, including file and directory creation, email and Microsoft Office
  • Show leadership: demonstrate ability to collaborate and build relationships with all levels of the organization, inside and outside of the laboratories and QA area
