Finance Officer
- Process vendor invoices and payment as well as monthly employee expenses claim and disbursements on time and accurately.
- Perform supplier statement of account reconciliation and resolve AP related inquiries. Follow-up on open items until closure in a timely manner.
- Assist in AR collection and follow-up as requested from time to time.
- Assist in daily cash and treasury function on cash balance tracking and communicate with bankers on all payment related matters.
- On time completion of month end closing activities including but not limited to AP, AR and inter-company balances reconciliation.
- Support GL team for vendor expenses and invoice analysis as requested.
- Escalate issues and potential risk for Management’s attention and action.
- Any other finance related tasks as assigned from time to time.
Credit Control Officer
- Track, identify, alert and take action on credit breached and irregularities
- Monitor and follow up on collection, overdue accounts and exception cases
- Handle queries, complains and resolve payment disputes with facts and effective communication for settlement of payment
- Investigate financial standing, financial historical data and credit limits of existing and new accounts
- Reconcile, update and maintain accurate outstanding and collection records, and proper documentation
- Communicate and work closely with superior and teammates to follow up on collection and achieve department goals
- Assist to prepare timely periodic reports (debtors cycle, debt analysis, collection status, etc.)
- Adhere to company guidelines, policy and management directives

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
