  • Responsible for overall quality system in HR department.
  • Understand and execute staffing requisition, requirements and issues from all departments.
  • Draft and update of documents such as job descriptions, employee handbook, performance appraisal, forms, SOP, policies and other HR related documents.
  • Source candidates via recruitment agencies and job online advertisement.
  • Screen the candidates by resume shortlisting, phone interview and personal interviews with coordination with the concerned departments & background verification of the shortlisted candidates.
  • Issue letter of offer/intent/employment to the selected candidate.
  • Process the payroll, overtime and claims for the employees.
  • Process the payment of EPF, SOCSO and others for the employees.
  • Maintain employees leaves, medical and attendance record. Keep track of employees attendance/absenteeism and report to Chief Operating Officer.
  • Review, update and maintain proper filing such as employees medical insurance policies and others related.
  • Conduct orientation program and briefing new employees.
  • Set up/update/forward email addresses for new employees and resigned employees.
  • Responsible regarding disciplinary issues among employees and decide suitable and appropriate action.
  • Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employees termination.
  • Plan company events or activities on occasions by management approval.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
