Responsibilities:
- Supervise the sales team and project progress, including measurements, timelines, and on-site coordination with stakeholders.
- Handle tender processes, quotations, and product/system presentations for prospective clients.
- Discover new business opportunities, with existing partners or new partners
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Provide product knowledge and technical support for ongoing projects, ensuring smooth execution.
- Implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and identify new business opportunities.
- Present new products and design concepts to designers, engineers, architects, and clients to drive engagement.
- Prepare cost estimations, technical drawings, and product proposals for potential customers.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the window manufacturing or related industry.
- Experience in managing projects from inception to completion is preferred.
- Diploma in Business or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
