AGENSI PEKERJAAN CORPLUZ SDN BHD is looking for experience individuals to join as ADMIN & PURCHASING for a Construction Company located in Kepong Baru, Kuala Lumpur. Job Summary

  • Asist in daily office administrative & operation matters.
  • Handle data compilation, entry and office expenses claims.
  • Handle Licensing & insurance & road-tax renewals.
  • Source and maintain suppliers listings on goods, materials and equipment's.
  • Engage in negotiate terms & conditions on pricing and discounts for quantities ordered.
  • Check on delivery goods, correct quality and quantity ordered.
  • Issue PO and checking on DO and Invoices upon receivals of materials.
  • Complete payment recommendations and data entry into system.
  • Monitor materials safe level and ordering level.
  • Compile technical information about products and materials.
  • Any other tasks assigned by Managements.

Requirements

  • SPM or equivalents.
  • Detailed and meticulous.
  • Some knowledge on negotiation with suppliers.
  • Can start with short notice period.
  • Based at Kepong Baru.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,600.00 - RM6,500.00 per month

  • Purchasing: 1 year (Preferred)
