URGENTLY HIRING (MAN)

As an Admin Kedai Emas, you will be responsible for handling the day-to-day administrative tasks, managing customer service inquiries, and supporting the shop in managing its inventory and transactions. You will be required to maintain records and assist customers with inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

1. Greet customers and provide assistance regarding products, pricing, and services.

2. Address customer inquiries, complaints, and returns effectively.

3. Assist in product selection, educating customers about different types of gold jewelry and their characteristics.

Inventory Management:

1. Maintain accurate records of stock, including new arrivals and sales.

2. Ensure the gold jewelry is well organized and displayed in an appealing manner.

Sales Support:

1. Maintain a daily record of sales and receipts.

2. Track promotions, discounts, and special offers.

Record Keeping:

1. Maintain accurate administrative records, including sales, purchases, and customer information.

2. Update and file documents related to transactions and inventory.

Experience: Prior experience in retail, customer service, or administration is preferred.

Skills:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Attention to detail and organizational skills.

Other Requirements:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
