  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our clients. Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Provide personalized shopping experiences by understanding the unique needs of hotel and restaurant owners and managers.
  • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in managing product displays, inventory checks, and ensuring products are well-stocked and visually appealing.
  • Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products to maximize sales potential.
  • Problem Solving: Address customer queries and issues with prompt, friendly, and professional solutions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and deliver a superior shopping experience.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Possess at least Diploma or Degree in any field.
  • Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • At least 1 year & above of working experience in relevant field will be an added advantage.
  • Fluency in Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Team player and can work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Passionate, hardworking, polite, possess effective communication skills and willing to learn.
