Job description Position: Blockchain and dApp Developer

Department: Technology and Development

About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and innovative Blockchain and dApp Developer to join our team at Blocktrade and contribute to the growth and development of the eSync Chain ecosystem. In this role, you will design, develop, and implement blockchain-based solutions and decentralized applications (dApps) that align with our mission to democratize finance and integrate blockchain technology into real-world applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the eSync Network, create scalable dApps, and ensure seamless integration within Blocktrade’s ecosystem.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of blockchain technology and contribute to a transformative global financial infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Blockchain Development: Design, develop, and maintain smart contracts and protocols on the eSync blockchain. Optimize blockchain performance, security, and scalability, ensuring the network meets industry standards. Implement Proof-of-Stake (PoS) consensus mechanism upgrades and maintain blockchain integrity.

2. dApp Development: Design and deploy decentralized applications (dApps) that enhance user experience and drive adoption within the eSync ecosystem. Build APIs and SDKs to integrate eSync functionalities with external platforms and applications.

3. Ecosystem Integration: Collaborate with the product and development teams to integrate eSync with Blocktrade’s existing products and services. Develop tokenized asset solutions and tools to enable secure and efficient trading on eSync.

4. Testing and Quality Assurance: Write and maintain unit, integration, and functional tests for blockchain components and dApps. Conduct code reviews to ensure best practices and adherence to security standards.

5. Collaboration and Mentorship: Work closely with other developers, architects, and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives. Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

6. Research and Development: Stay updated on the latest blockchain trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the eSync Network remains cutting-edge. Explore opportunities for integrating advanced technologies like ZK-rollups, privacy layers, or decentralized identity solutions.

Qualifications Essential: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience in developing blockchain applications and smart contracts. Proficiency in programming languages such as Solidity, Rust, or Go. Familiarity with Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) and other blockchain platforms. Strong understanding of cryptographic principles and blockchain security. Experience with API development, web3.js/ethers.js, and decentralized storage solutions like IPFS. Hands-on experience with deploying and managing nodes in a blockchain network.

Preferred: Experience with blockchain ecosystems. Knowledge of Proof-of-Stake (PoS) mechanisms and tokenomics design. Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines. Contributions to open-source blockchain projects.
