  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary

  • Advise Management on the ongoing tender strategies to secure projects.
  • Calculate BQ, analyze costing, tender preparations and submission.
  • Lead tender briefing, organize kick off meetings and prepare mobilization schedule.
  • Prepare letter award for contractors, subcontractors and labour suppliers.
  • Negotiate for best pricing, quantity and quality.
  • Attend site measurement and remeasurements, certify progress claims and interim payments.
  • Prepare valuation and certify variation order.
  • Resolve contractual disputes with contractors.
  • Prepare progress claims& submission to Developers
  • Monitor project expenditure, budget controls and costing reports.
  • Final account closing ad demobilization.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveyor, Construction Mgmt., Architectural
  • 3-5 years specialize in Architectural Works
  • Familiar with commercial buildings, hotels and high end residence projects
  • Possess Own Transport. Can travel to project site.
  • Good teamwork and dedicated complete tender timely.
  • Based at Kepong Baru

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
