About the role:

A Marketing Executive is a higher-level role in a marketing department, often responsible for leading and executing strategic marketing initiatives across various channels. This position typically involves overseeing marketing campaigns, driving brand awareness, and managing a team of marketers or collaborating with other departments to achieve company goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with company goals by conducting market research, understanding customer behaviour, and monitoring industry trends and competitors to stay ahead of market shifts.
  • Campaign and Brand Management: Manage and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns with clear KPIs, ensuring brand consistency and cross-departmental alignment to enhance brand awareness, strengthen market presence, and maintain a cohesive brand voice.
  • Content Creation and Management: Oversee the creation of high-quality, strategy-aligned content across digital platforms by collaborating with creatives to engage the target audience effectively.
  • Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead and mentor the marketing team while managing budgets and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective campaign execution.
  • Digital Marketing: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, email, PPC, and social media, leveraging data insights and external partners to optimize performance.
  • Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget by allocating resources efficiently to ensure cost-effective campaigns that deliver strong ROI.
  • Market Analysis and Reporting: Analyse market data, consumer insights, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities, using analytics tools to track performance and deliver data-driven reports to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Possess a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. A master’s degree (MBA or similar) is often preferred for more senior roles.
  • Familiarity with marketing software and tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, CRM systems, and social media platforms.
  • Requires 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or senior-level position.
  • Must have own transportation
