- Lead the formulation, revision, and compliance review of HR policies (recruitment, compensation, performance management, training, etc.).
2. Recruitment, Labor Relations & Compliance
- Manage expatriate accounts (ESD) and foreign workers’ work permit applications, renewals, and cancellations.
- Liaise with government agencies (Labour Office, Immigration Department) to ensure compliance and resolve inquiries.

- Review salary structures for role standardization, manage attendance tracking, overtime claims, and payroll processing.
- Assist the General Manager in designing competitive compensation packages, preparing labor cost budgets, and generating workforce analytics reports.
- Handle statutory registrations and submissions (EPF, SOCSO, LHDN, etc.
- Maintain HR2000 system data integrity and optimize approval workflows for HR automation.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
