
PERSONAL ASSISTANT
- Documents filling and safe keeping : meeting records and minutes and legal documents presentations and reports
- Organizing travel and itineraries (e.g. Hotel and flight booking)
- Assist in drafting the letter, memorandum, prepare corresponde and email reply to government/other relavant parties
- Ability to deal with sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
- Perform various tasks as required by Managing Director
Requirements
- Strong in written and verbal communication skill in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma in Business/Administration/Secretarial qualifications or equivalent
- A minimum of 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially work and excel
- Able to commence work immediately is an added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,499.00 per month
