Job Scope:

As the Business Operation Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the daily operations of our clothing retail store to ensure smooth workflow, efficient processes, and overall business growth. You will lead a team across departments, focusing on retail operations, inventory control, customer service, staff performance, and sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management

  • Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor and manage store performance, including sales targets, foot traffic, and customer satisfaction.
  • Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) across departments.

Inventory & Supply Chain

  • Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and product availability.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and ensure timely delivery of new collections.
  • Analyze sales trends to optimize product assortment and reduce dead stock.

Sales & Financial Performance

  • Drive sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue goals.
  • Monitor P&L statements and work on improving store profitability.
  • Prepare operational budgets and ensure cost control measures are in place.

Team Leadership

  • Supervise, train, and motivate retail staff to deliver high performance.
  • Set KPIs and conduct performance evaluations regularly.
  • Develop shift schedules and manage staffing needs.

Customer Experience

  • Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered consistently.
  • Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Implement loyalty programs and customer retention strategies.

Marketing & Merchandising

  • Collaborate with the marketing team for in-store promotions and campaigns.
  • Ensure proper product placement and attractive visual merchandising.
  • Collect customer feedback to improve product offerings and services.

Compliance & Safety

  • Ensure the store complies with legal, health, and safety regulations.
  • Monitor store security and implement loss prevention strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Retail Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in retail operations or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Passionate about fashion and customer-centric retailing.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
