Account cum Admin
We are looking for a meticulous, dedicated, and responsible individual to fill the position of Account cum Admin to support our office operations.
Job Scope:
- Prepare and update company financial records (daily accounts, invoices, receipts, payments, etc.).
- Prepare basic financial documents and reports.
- Manage and store company documents such as licenses, insurance, utility bills, and tender documents.
- Assist with general office administration such as answering calls, filing, and office needs.
- Arrange appointments, tenders, and government-related forms (MOF, SSM, ePerolehan, CIDB, etc.).
- Support the team with general coordination tasks and adhoc duties when required.
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum SPM / Diploma in Accounting, Management, or equivalent.
Basic knowledge in accounting & office management.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and e-invoicing systems.
Able to work independently and follow instructions well.
Detail-oriented, trustworthy, honest, disciplined, and able to maintain company confidentiality.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar field is an advantage.
