Recruitment & Onboarding
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment including job postings, interview arrangements, candidate communications, and reference checks.
- Manage onboarding and induction processes to ensure seamless integration of new employees.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances; escalate appropriately to Supervisor.
- Assist in planning and executing staff engagement initiatives, surveys, and internal communication.
Training & Development
- Support Supervisor in coordinating staff development programmes and training logistics.
- Maintain training records and track completion for compliance and reporting.
HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain accurate employee records, HRIS data, and personnel files in accordance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Prepare HR documentation including letters of appointment, confirmation, promotion, warning, and resignation.
- Support payroll processing by providing accurate attendance and leave data.
Policy Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently implemented and communicated.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics as required by senior management.
- Keep abreast of updates to employment laws, statutory regulations, and best HR practices.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Malaysian employment law and HR operational standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with HR systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- High level of confidentiality, attention to detail, and organisational ability.

- Experience in the education or service industry is an advantage.
