  • Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding process, including paperwork and orientation sessions.
  • Support employee relations initiatives, including addressing employee inquiries and concerns.
  • Assist with performance management tasks, such as tracking evaluations and providing feedback to employees.
  • Coordinate employee training and development programs.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Provide administrative support to the Human Resources Manager and team.
  • Participate in Human Resources or company projects and initiatives as assigned by the management.
  • Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in Human Resources or related role.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written)
  • Mandarin (required) – must be able to communicate with Chinese stakeholders and internal teams
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
