- Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding process, including paperwork and orientation sessions.
- Support employee relations initiatives, including addressing employee inquiries and concerns.
- Assist with performance management tasks, such as tracking evaluations and providing feedback to employees.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs.
- Administer employee benefits programs and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Provide administrative support to the Human Resources Manager and team.
- Participate in Human Resources or company projects and initiatives as assigned by the management.
- Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in Human Resources or related role.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written)
- Mandarin (required) – must be able to communicate with Chinese stakeholders and internal teams
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
