- Involved in all aspects of HR management and development, including recruitment and selection, disciplinary and grievance procedures, mentoring, compensation and benefits, employment contracts, training and development, talent management, succession planning, performance evaluation, and other HR-related matters.
- Provide support in analysis, evaluation, and labor market insights (including internal data/metrics and emerging external market trends and best practices) related to employee benefits and compensation.
- Assist in drafting HR-related documentation and materials in alignment with business needs, ensuring compliance with Shariah principles and external legal requirements.
- Deliver HR data analysis; identify key trends and contribute to the creation of HR insights that support business issue diagnosis, employee engagement improvement, and/or business performance enhancement.
- Assist in implementing local action plans; communicate how these plans align with functional strategies, organizational mission and vision, and encourage team efforts to achieve local business goals.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure compensation strategies align with employee performance and organizational goals. Support the introduction of compensation and benefits initiatives that aid in talent retention and development programs.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Company.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR-related degree is an advantage).
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in HR functions or administrative roles; fresh graduates with strong internships or training may also be considered.
- Basic understanding of core HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, training, or compensation & benefits.
- Familiarity with HR policies, labor laws, and HR best practices is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work effectively in a team.
- Good organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
- Proactive and eager to learn with a growth mindset; open to taking on new challenges.
- Basic analytical skills with the ability to prepare HR reports and handle data confidentially.
- Customer-service oriented with a positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
