Job Summary: Old Town White Coffee, located at Menara PERKESO Putrajaya, is seeking an experienced Outlet Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the efficient and profitable running of the outlet. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team, maintaining excellent customer service, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operational Management Oversee all aspects of branch operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards. 2. Customer Service Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer complaints, implementing service improvement initiatives, and maintaining a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. 3. Sales and Marketing Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets, including promotions, events, and partnerships with local businesses. Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify opportunities for growth. 4. Staff Management Train and manage a team of employees, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. 5. Financial Management Manage branch budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure financial targets are met. Prepare and present financial reports to senior management. 6. Compliance Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and local laws. Maintain accurate records and documentation. 7. Others Duties as Assigned: Perform any other duty as deemed necessary by the employer. Requirements: -At least 2 years of experience as an Outlet Manager, preferably in the F&B industry -Diploma or degree in hospitality, business management or a related field -Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff -Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering a great customer experience -Good understanding of inventory management, financial reporting, and budgeting -Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks -Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken -Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays Salary: The minimum basic salary for this position is RM 2,500 with opportunities for bonuses based on performance and overtime based on requirement.
