Our mission is to help them move out of poverty and achieve stable middle-class outcomes through education and social empowerment programmes. We are a tax-exempt, non-profit organization that started with teaching English as a second language, and have expanded to provide employable English skills, job preparation and digital readiness education. ROLE SUMMARY Intern with SOLS Solar Academy to support daily admin tasks, coordinate with a dynamic team, and manage student records. Gain hands-on experience in academic progress monitoring, data tracking, and office support. Contribute to organizing monthly events with a focus on social media management, making a meaningful impact on solar education and community engagement. To be shortlisted for this position, you will need to have: - You have successfully completed or currently obtained a Bachelor’s degree. - Proficiency or adequate knowledge in technical skills such as word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software. - Proficiency or adequate knowledge and skills in data analytics and research - Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia - Good communicator, able to prospect and communicate at certain levels, from C-level corporate to decision-makers and support staff. - Adequate interpersonal skills and able to provide support to effectively network with partners. Desired Attributes: - Good attitude. Should be willing and able to learn about the Solar PV residential space, and - SOLS Energy’s multiple products, processes, and stakeholders. - Communication: Good communicator with good presentation and speaking skills who can verbally and visually articulate their point of view clearly and succinctly. - Should have a deep desire to learn on high-growth tech startups. - Should have demonstrated integrity and respect in the performance of their duties. - Adequate knowledge in using CRM tools (E.g. Hubspot or Salesforce). - Comfortable with data analysis (MS Office, Google Docs / Sheets / Slides).
