  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

BHD. seeks CAD CAM DESIGN SPECIALIST to help design test our planned upcoming projects with crate dependable, hardworking products benefitting out company’s development • Develop 3D CAD models from sketches or conceptual drawings. • Convert 2D drawings to 3D models • Generate parametric CAD models for rapid design iteration. • Create mold flow analysis-based designs. • Design cooling channels in molds for thermal efficiency. • Develop multi-cavity mold designs. • Design jigs, fixtures, and custom tooling. • Design precision components with micron-level tolerances • Generate 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CAM programs for CNC milling and turning • Program electrode machining paths for EDM. • Create CAM strategies for wire EDM components • Manage version control of CAD files with PDM/PLM systems. • Automate tasks using CAD macros or API scripting. • Maintain proper CAD file archiving and folder structures. • Implement revision control for design changes. • Configure CAM post-processors for machine compatibility. • Use CAD/CAM software to generate cycle time estimates. • Utilize CAD add-ons for GD&T and tolerancing. • Design progressive stamping tools. • Design precision injection mold tools. • Develop hot runner and cold runner mold designs. • Define GD&T standards for production drawings. • Conduct 3D model inspection using CMM-compatible files • Modify designs based on QC feedback or customer returns. • Interpret and apply ISO/ASME/ANSI standards in drawings. • Verify form and position tolerances in critical parts. • Perform static and dynamic stress analysis in CAD. • Document CAM strategy and setup info. • Create standard design templates and title blocks. Requirements The required skills for the position CAD CAM DESIGN SPECIALIST are: Min 5 years’ experience in CAD CAM DESIGN Expert-level skills 3D CAD Modeling Knowledge of multi-axis lathe programming Familiarity with SPC and Lean Manufacturing Manual and CAM-based CNC programming Expertise in GD&T Multi-language Drawing Interpretation
