Responsibilities: Full Set of Accounts: • Manage and maintain full sets of accounts, including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and Fixed Assets. • Prepare and ensure timely closing of monthly and annual financial statements and management reports. • Handle bank reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, and prepayments. • Monitor and manage cash flow and petty cash claims. Administrative Duties: • Perform general office administration tasks, including filing, correspondence, and office supply management. • Maintain organized and up-to-date company records and documentation. • Coordinate administrative operations with internal stafff and external agencies Compliance & Support: • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (e.g. tax filings, SST, EPF, SOCSO, EIS). • Liaise with internal / external auditors, tax agents, and company secretary when necessary. • Support ad hoc tasks and other assignments given by management. Requirements: • Possess a Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent qualification. • Minimum 1–3 years of relevant working experience in administrative and accounting roles. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) and accounting software • Strong attention to detail with good organizational and time management skills. • Able to handle confidential information with integrity. • Proficient in both written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
