
After Sales Service Manager
1. Be fully responsible for the overall planning and management of the company's after-sales affairs in the domestic and international markets, and provide accurate responses and proper solutions to domestic and foreign maintenance feedback cases. Effectively handle customer complaints and continuously improve customer satisfaction with systematic strategies.
2. Independently undertake after-sales work for all customers in the international market, including writing professional English after-sales service manuals, carrying out after-sales maintenance and training activities for international customers, and assisting in the filming and production of maintenance videos to ensure the professionalism and efficiency of international after-sales work.
3. Be responsible for the daily management of after-sales department employees, formulate talent development plans, and focus on cultivating after-sales teams. Establish and continuously improve the after-sales department system and related work processes to improve the overall operational efficiency of the team.
4. Lead the establishment of a technical analysis process system for product after-sales problems, and continuously improve after-sales work skills and professional level through continuous optimization, and provide strong support for product quality improvement.
5. Carry out after-sales early warning and maintenance data analysis, and report product problems in a timely and accurate manner. Actively communicate and coordinate with relevant departments to promote the formulation and implementation of solutions to ensure the stable operation of products.
6. Responsible for the full process management of after-sales accessories, including inventory control, procurement plan formulation and accessories allocation, to ensure the smooth progress of after-sales maintenance work.
7. Build and improve the customer service management system, optimize the customer service process, improve customer service quality, and enhance customer loyalty.
8. Complete other temporary and sudden work tasks assigned by superiors to ensure the smooth operation of the company as a whole.
1. Bachelor's degree or above in electronics, mechatronics or related majors, with fluent English expression and communication skills.
2. Have more than 3-5 years of experience in electronic instrument technology or after-sales service, and those with team management experience are preferred. Those with after-sales service work experience of small industrial product manufacturers will be given priority.
3. Have strong management ability, accurate judgment and decision-making ability, excellent interpersonal communication and coordination ability, and efficient planning and execution ability.
4. Have excellent customer service awareness and communication skills, master effective after-sales problem-solving skills, and be able to properly handle customer complaints and needs.
5. Work meticulously and rigorously, have a high degree of enthusiasm and sense of responsibility, be proactive and responsible in work.
6. Be able to adapt to irregular international business trips to solve the after-sales needs of specific customers. Have good English communication and writing skills, team spirit, strong stress resistance, and be able to maintain efficient work in a complex and changing working environment.
