Log and track deviations, non-conformances, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPAs). Maintain QA files and documentation to meet traceability and compliance standards. Work with manufacturing, R&D, and regulatory departments to support product release processes. Monitor inventory of QA supplies and ensure calibration of equipment. Provide administrative support for document control and training records.
