(Supply Chain)Warehouse Management:
- Receiving and inspection of inbound goods, followed with documentations.
- Allocation of storage space efficiently
- Warehouse and machinery maintenance
Processing (Packaging):
- Planning of packaging schedule based on production demands
- Allocation of resource
- Quality Control
Workspace Safety:
- Ensuring compliance with workplace safety and health regulations and company policy
- Conduct regular safety checks and risk assessment
(Logistic)- Plan daily delivery routes to fulfill the group's transport and logistics needs
- Provide support on all the Outbound Logistic related tasks
- Respond and provide feedback on logistic-related enquiries from the Sales Team
- Coordinate with warehouse supervisor and transport partners on the goods distribution
- Supervise and monitor the Driver team to ensure they perform their daily jobs as planned
- Report maintenance and repair needs for transportation vehicles and warehouse machinery/equipment
- Ensure to track and well record all the Logistic related receipts/bills
- Responsible for Good Return Handling. To record, prepare relevant documents and handle physical goods. Prepare Monthly Good Return Report
- Support on Inventory Management, ensure the stock accuracy
- Any other ad-hoc administrative tasks assigned by the Superior
Job Requirements:- Candidates must possess at least Diploma in Business Administration/Management/Supply Chain Management or equivalent
- Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply (Junior position)
- Less than 2 year of experience in related field (Junior position)
- At least 2- 4 year of experience in related field (Senior position)
- Required languages(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to speak and write in Mandarin will be an added advantage
- Possess strong good communication skill
- Good in time management and planning skills
- Ability to work independently as well as a team player
