Your role at Xevera: The Partner Relationship Manager is expected to focus on building up a strong client portfolio and to add value to our Company’s further growth and development in different markets and regions. Core functions include new account acquisition and growth of existing account holders through a value-driven relationship-based approach. You will: - Act as the primary point of contact between the Partners and the Company. - Ensure partner satisfaction by maintaining a professional relationship, handling and following-up on issue resolutions and catering to Partner needs - Directing partners to a specific outcome through company approved communication channels. - Educate partners on the Company’ platforms and websites, proactively offering new tools and features to partners - Tend to partners’ needs and concerns to offer the best solutions/alternatives to partners. - Engage with the partners following the sales process and practices defined for that opportunity. - Keep partners up-to-date with Exness’ developments to ensure they receive the highest level of service. - Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current and prospective partners to generate new business for Exness’ products/services. - Build and manage a profitable portfolio of Exness business partners by acquiring new, growing and retaining existing partners including building and maintaining a robust pipeline of new potential partners - Develop a deep understanding of their respective markets, competitive analysis and partner activities - Formulate and articulate market specific strategies, competitive analyses, growth strategies, including collaborative initiatives such as with our internal marketing team, loyalty campaign teams, as well as our event teams.Plan and develop promotional campaigns, activities, and participate in client events and business trips to engage better with partners. - Prepare activities utilizing available tools, reports, action items and business insights to enable a productive sales activity. - Participate in related industry & partners events and this will take in the form of expos, conventions, training and seminar sessions. - Ensure compliance and adherence of the Company business, regulatory and brand guidelines. What makes you a great fit: - Native speaker and possess both excellent verbal / written communication skills in Tagalog - Minimum Bachelor Degree in Finance or related - Minimum 3 years of experience in account management, client relationship or any relevant client facing roles within the financial trading industry. - Excellent presentation skills in both native language Tagalog and English. - Strong commercial and business development mindset. - Deep knowledge in financial markets, trading, investing, technical and fundamental analysis. - Sales-driven and motivated personality to achieve KPIs on a weekly / monthly / quarterly basis. - Experience working with Salesforce, Tableau and other reporting tools. - Exquisite familiarity with web based external knowledge management - Expertise in Jira, Confluence and other used platforms - Excellent organizational and analytical skills, including attention to detail - Professional and cooperative mindset, ensuring an effective working partnership with business partners, subject specialists, and staff - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Strong research skill - Excellent time management and organisational skill
