Maximize revenue from existing partners while ensuring that partner products and services remain relevant to the business needs and community development goals. Promote partner products and engage with beneciaries to drive adoption, ensuring that partners’ services meet the needs of communities. Work closely with project and communications teams to ensure smooth implementation and continuous updates of partner products and services. Collect, analyze, and report on data to assess partnership performance, inform decision-making, and guide improvements. Stay informed about emerging trends and new partnership opportunities in community development, ntech, and related sectors. Job Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field; 1-2 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related area is preferred. Excellent communication and networking skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders. Proven ability to collaborate eectively with minimal supervision while consistently meeting deadlines and targets. Strong analytical mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new market opportunities. Goal-oriented, responsible, and self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Access to personal transport and a laptop is required for travel and remote work exibility. Prociency in Microsoft Oce Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with design tools for creating presentations and marketing materials. Fluent in English, with additional language prociency, is considered a valuable asset
