• Ensuring all payroll activities, results and processes are compliant with company policies and statutory requirements. • Ensure all payroll activities are executed timely and accurately including the filing of monthly, quarterly and annual regulatory reports. • Exploring opportunities to simplify and automate payroll processes to ensure maximum cost-efficiency and effectiveness. • Monitoring the performance of vendor against our Service Level Agreement. • Participate in retrospective and performance review meetings with the payroll vendor. • Monitor and manage the payroll vendor to ensure monthly payroll payout is accurate and on schedule. • Validating test results provided by the payroll vendor for the rollout of new compensation and benefits programs or new statutory requirements. • Support internal and external auditors ensuring deadlines are met and each request control, approval and validation checks are in place for the payroll processes. • Coordinate and perform troubleshooting and investigations of payroll issue/problems and taking appropriate corrective actions.
