JOB RECRUITMENT 1. Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in related field. 2. Have valid DOSH Registered SHO (Green Book). 3. Minimum three years of experience in safety & health for manufacturing industry. 4. Knowledge of ISO 9001 and computer literate. 5. Good communication skills, strong personality and positive attitude. JOB DESCRIPTION 1. To plan, assign and supervise safety matters and requirements for all working place include machine. 2. To develop, implement and maintain safety and health policies and procedure comply with OSHA, FMA and industry standards. 3. To conduct risk assessments, identify hazards and implement corrective actions for safety measures at working site and machine. 4. To coordinate, monitor and conduct safety training sessions, fire-drill exercise, awareness programs and promote workplace wellness programs for employees. 5. To schedule, organize, conduct and supervise company’s Safety and Health committee and meeting on quarterly basis. 6. To conduct regular audits and inspections for the purpose of checking the effectiveness and efficiency in compliance with the Act or any regulations. 7. To conduct investigation into any workplace accidents and near-miss accidents at working place and submit report to DOSH and head office. 8. Liaise with JKKP, Bomba and any relevant authorities regarding matters related to Safety and Health for the factory. 9. To maintain records for safety and health information/activities to meet or comply with government requirements. 10. Responsible in managing e-system related with safety and health. 11. Undertake any others duty as assigned by HOD and management.
