  • Defining the learning strategy and recruitment, setting high standard principles and providing likely solutions. Providing pragmatic and consistent guidance and advice to managers on grievance, attendance, disciplinary, and performance issues.
  • Collecting ongoing information regarding satisfaction of employee on salary packages and wage, working conditions.
  • Plan, develop and implement Human Resources strategies and initiatives to address group's human resource requirement.
  • Responsible to provide full spectrums of HR services & supports.
  • Developing personal policies, maintaining and updating policy manuals as well as employee handbooks as needed.
  • Ensure compliance, maintenance and continuous improvement on all human resources aspect. Assist in staff turnover analysis, organization chart updates, manpower movement and monthly reports.
  • Conducting new employee orientation program and other educational and training programs on changes in benefits, diversity, etc.
  • Serves as organizational consultant to managers, employees, outside agencies and others concerning HR related issues.
  • To perform other related duties as assigned from time to time.
  • Diploma / Degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Taman Cheras Utama.
  • Execellent communication skills and leadership qualities.
  • Must be a creative thinker and execellent team player.
