  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  • Assist in capturing high-quality photos and videos for use in social media, website, promotional materials, and internal communication.
  • Help with storyboarding, script writing, and planning of photo and video shoots.
  • Work with the team to create engaging multimedia content that aligns with the hospital’s values and communications strategy.

Photoshoots & Video Shoots:

  • Coordinate and assist in organizing photoshoots and video shoots within the hospital, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to timelines.
  • Ensure all required equipment is prepared, set up, and tested prior to shoots.
  • Assist in managing talent and staff during shoots, ensuring professionalism and comfort.

Post-production:

  • Edit and retouch photos and videos, ensuring high-quality output.
  • Assist with creating short-form video content, including promotional clips, patient testimonials, and event highlights.
  • Help manage digital assets, including archiving, organizing, and maintaining the media library.

Social Media and Digital Support:

  • Support the Corporate Communications team in creating content for the hospital’s social media channels.
  • Assist in the development of content calendars and help schedule posts.
  • Monitor social media platforms for engagement and assist with responding to queries where appropriate.

Collaboration & Support:

  • Work closely with the Corporate Communications team and other departments (such as Marketing and PR) to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Provide support for special events, press conferences, and internal communication activities.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to media, content creation, and campaigns.
