- Compile oversea purchase related documents, and ensure accuracy before updating in Epicor, excel and Smartsheet.
- For local vendors, review monthly Account Payable (AP) aging report and plan the payment week. For overseas vendors, ensure payment is arranged based on payment terms and liaise with bankers to book special exchange rates. Check and approve utilization of the trade facility.
- Compile and ensure the completeness and accuracy of documents before initiating payment through online banking or cheque. Prepare payment voucher for payment through cheque.
- Handle petty cash in HQ.
- Key in all AP and utility payments.
- Key in all bank charges and bank bills payable.
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliation and reconciling for specific GL as requested.
- Update of bank records and bank balance daily basis, monitor operational cash flow and control bank accounts for payment planning arrangements.
- Update all payments received for Cheque, Cash, Credit Card, TT and Online Banking Transfer to excel bank’s record and Epicor. Arrange person-in-charge to collect cheques from customers.
- Any other tasks assigned by the superior from time to time.
- Candidates with min Diploma in accounting/ LCCI qualifications.
- Required skills in Epicor accounting software.
- Computer literate.
- 1 year above of relevant, hands-on accounting experience.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures.
