- Assist in job posting on various platforms (JobStreet, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates for interview
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and interviewers
- Join interview sessions with hiring managers and take notes or assist in evaluation
- Assist in preparing employment contracts and onboarding documents
- Support university career fairs and recruitment campaigns
- Maintain employee records and ensure proper filing and documentation
- Fluet in Mandarin, Basic English and Malay (both spoken and written)
- Possess at least diploma or degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields
- At least 2 years of recruitment / talent acquisition
- Familiar with end-to-end recruitment process including interview coordination
- Detail-oriented, Positive attitude, responsible character and good communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- 5-day workweek (Mon-Fri 9am-6pm)
