About the Role

As a Culture Intern, you will support the team in creating a vibrant and inclusive workplace culture. You will assist in planning, organizing, and executing engagement initiatives that foster employee well-being and collaboration within Teleport.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the planning and execution of employee engagement events, including festive celebrations, well-being initiatives, and team engagement activities.

  • Support in coordinating logistics for events, including venue arrangements, catering, and communication materials.

  • Assist in maintaining and updating engagement-related documentation, trackers, event reports, and feedback summaries.

  • Support onboarding activities by assisting in new hire onboarding sessions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance employee experience and workplace culture.

  • Assist with administrative tasks, including budget tracking and vendor coordination

Requirements
  • Passionate about employee engagement, workplace culture, and well-being.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Creative thinker with a proactive and positive attitude.
