- Level3 experience in AD hardening to assess AD structure, configuration, GPOs, Audit and monitoring, Access control and permission, compliance, backup and recovery strategy
- Active Directory (Including but not limited to Active Directory Users and Computers,
- Active Directory Certificate Service, Active Directory Sites and Services)
- DNS Provisioning
- DHCP Provisioning
- Group Policy Object Management
- Entra ID (Formerly Azure AD)
- Azure Conditional Access Policy
- Azure App Enterprise App registrations
- Azure User Guest Account Onboarding
- Domain controller logs analysis
- Automation use cases implementation - knowledge in the platform-based solution, implement with the existing tools

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
1
Independently handle the POCs, RFCs, deliver the solutions by reviewing the technical architecture

Responsible to handle level3 activities in the AD space

Act as go to person for all technical guidance and customer requirements

Experience in the detailed documentation, deliver accordingly
5
Identify the opportunities for automation, improve the customer experience and reduce the resolution time of requests and incidents

Pay: RM1.00 - RM2.00 per month
